Greenstone takes a team approach to business and programme-making. People with both creative and business backgrounds work collaboratively to maintain an energetic and robust company – producing TV series which appeal to big mainstream audiences in New Zealand and Australia.
Alex Reed
Alex Reed, Development Executive for Greenstone. Alex has an impressive track record spanning 20 years here and in Britain.
Andrea Lamb
Andrea has worked in the television industry for 20 years. She joined Greenstone 13 years ago and as producer/director won a Qantas Media Award for The Zoo. She was appointed executive producer in 2004, and now as Head of Production supervises all Greenstone’s factual output.
Bryan Hall
Bryan worked in Britain in the film, TV and music industries for many years before joining Greenstone as General Manager in 2000. As well as handling contract negotiations and managing the day-to-day affairs of the company, Bryan has focused on building Greenstone’s international sales.
Glenda Paterson
Glenda Paterson, Greenstone’s Financial Controller since the company began, is a Chartered Accountant who has specialised in film and TV for 20 years. She has worked in film and television, and has been active in WIFT (Women in Film and Television).
John Harris
John Harris was a musician, newspaper reporter (Auckland Star), TV reporter (TVNZ), programme editor (Top Half), producer (That’s Fairly Interesting, Heroes) and director before founding Greenstone in 1994. He is managing director and head of development.
Nigel Snowden
Award winning television producer Nigel Snowden has been in the broadcast business for over 20 years and is one of the most successful developers of prime time television in the country creating over half a dozen number one rating shows.
