The Real Office

prog-real-office

The Real Office is an expose of the working day, revealing how you’re being made to work harder without you knowing it and we see what happens when an actor poses as a new employee and runs amuck.

The Real Office is a one-hour documentary that gets inside the most ordinary of worlds, the humble office, and reveals how office workers are being preyed on not only by their bosses and their colleagues but also by office designers and psychologists. If you have an ergonomic chair, if you sat a personality test to get your current job, or even if you’ve just been enjoying the air conditioning at work over the hot summer, beware, you’re being manipulated.

The Real Office sets out to uncover what your company wants from you, without you knowing how they’re going to get it.  Every day we spend more time at work than with our families. But while family dynamics are the subject of an entire self help industry, the office has yet to demystified.  Until now.
