Emergency was filmed in Wellington Hospital’s Emergency Department. It gives viewers a unique opportunity to see what goes on behind the scenes of the region’s busiest ED.
The cutting-edge series is different from other medical programmes on television. The series had unprecedented access with a TV crew working there fulltime for 7 months.The result is 12 episodes which give an extraordinary glimpse into the work the staff do.
